Hi this week me and my classmates were lucky enough to go on a school trip in the town of Christchurch to learn about Climate Change , we had been put into smaller groups and then we went on different days I went on Tuesday the 24 of May with my teacher .
We first started getting into our groups that the teachers put us in with a parent helper and we had to decide who would take the bag on the trip thankfully our parent helper said she would.
My Favourite part of the trip was when we were learning about the top three causes of Climate change in the World, New Zealand and In Christchurch they all had Electricity and Coal, Cars and Trucks, Factories and Farming.
Something that I found Interesting was that 83 percent of people use Petrol cars to go to school or work and It is higher than any other ideas that you can do work or school.
Something that shook me that biking was the least activity to be used to go anywhere in Christchurch and anywhere else in Canterbury New Zealand.
Something more sustainable I am going to do is to turn off the lights because lights use more power.
